Wow!! This helps to prevent breast cancer and prostate cancer!

I purchased this because I was researching natural cancer prevention plants and I ran across several studies that used meeker red raspberry seeds and it prevented some types of breast cancer and prostate cancers. The high content of ellagic acid in the seeds gives it its health benefits. It also prevents salmonella. This will be my ongoing supplement!

Cannot make it dissolve - unable to consume

I have tried many ways and I cannot make the Organic Red Raspberry powder dissolve for consumption. I end up with the wet powder in the bottom of my glass - wet powder clumps is not easy swallow!!

Some customers mix it in water without any issues, though we often joke that it can feel a bit like “rough grit.” If you’re using only water, hot water can help soften the fiber slightly, but it won’t fully dissolve. Our Organic Red Raspberry Seed Powder is made from finely milled raspberry seeds after they’re cold-pressed, so it’s naturally high in fiber and doesn’t dissolve in water or juice (since seeds don’t dissolve).

For easier consumption, we suggest blending it into smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal, as the thicker textures help incorporate the powder more smoothly. If you prefer juice, thicker drinks like green juices tend to work best. Many of our customers find these options add a great nutritional boost to their routine!
