Product Delivery, Shipping, and Orders

At Berry Beautiful, we believe in the quality of our products, and we stand behind them with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take great pride in producing all of our products in-house, ensuring the highest quality possible. Before shipping, we carefully inspect each item to guarantee that it meets our standards. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
Local Orders
- For residents of the State of Washington (WA), a sales tax of up to 10.4% is applicable (subject to change depending on your local sales tax) unless we have a valid WA State reseller permit on file.
- You can apply for, print, or appeal your Washington State reseller permit here.
- If WA residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has been made.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic retail orders over $100 (USD). If you prefer to have your order shipped through an account you have with a carrier, please email us at orders@berrybeautiful.us or include the details in the shipping section during checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, but please contact us for a quote to ensure accurate pricing.
Extra Shipping Services
Please note that Berry Beautiful will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are received and shipped by a special handler or freight forwarder.
Shipping Error
If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our contact form or email orders@berrybeautiful.us. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your Invoice Number or Email Address associated with the order.
Import/Export Costs:
We do not cover costs related to Import/Export that are not included in our shipping quote from our online shop. Any additional fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the import/export process are the responsibility of the customer.
Certificates of Origin:
We can provide certificates of origin for shipments upon request. The fee for this service is $30 (or the current fee set by our Chamber of Commerce). Please contact us if you need a certificate of origin for your order.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders:
If you require LTL (Less Than Truckload) or Full Truckload shipments for bulk and wholesale orders, we can arrange them. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for the time spent obtaining quotes and preparing necessary documents. For Pallet+ shipments, we recommend working with your broker for FOB Seattle or Vashon Island. Our facility does not allow trailers, and pickup must be done with a sprinter van or box truck. We can also coordinate with Vashon Trucking to deliver pallets to terminals in Seattle, Tacoma, and nearby areas.
