We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of personal care and nutritional products from Berry Beautiful. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, with a focus on quick and easy returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund:

Contact Us: Let us know you'd like to return an item or request a refund by contacting our customer service:

Photo Verification (if applicable):

For damaged items, simply send us a clear photo showing the damage. We don't require you to return the damaged product.

Return Confirmation:

We'll confirm your return or refund request and process it within 5-7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns for items shipped back to us without first contacting customer service.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Non-returnable products will be refunded without the need for a return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Missing or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a missing or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We can usually send a replacement along with a return label for the unwanted item.

Exchanging for a Different Item:
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the stronger right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer protection regulations. This applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

To exercise this right, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • The original tags should still be attached.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.

Please note: This stronger right only applies to orders shipped to the European Union.

Refunds:

We will notify you once your return or refund request is processed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
